Megan Thiel and David Belley are excited to welcome the community to their new venture, Belley Up, now open at 4925-50 Avenue, Legal. This newly established restaurant and pub is set to become a local favourite, combining a cosy atmosphere with a focus on delectable homemade food and exceptional customer service.

Belley Up is designed to cater to dine-in and takeout customers, featuring a full-service pub and a charming patio. Both areas are fully licensed, making it an inviting space for families and friends to gather. Guests can enjoy a variety of freshly baked treats, including homemade bread, buns, and cinnamon buns, alongside an assortment of daily soups that promise to be a hit with diners.

With over 25 years of combined experience in hospitality and management, Megan and David bring a wealth of knowledge to their new establishment. Both lifelong residents of Legal, they have fulfilled a long-held dream of owning their own restaurant and pub. Since officially opening their doors on July 13, 2024, Megan and David have been dedicated to creating a welcoming environment and supporting the local community by employing a 100% local staff.

Belley Up goes beyond offering a delightful menu with its daily specials, including fresh soups and sandwiches. The pub side of the establishment features exciting weekly events, such as Wing Wednesdays, Happy Hour Thursdays, and Karaoke every second Friday, adding a lively and engaging element to the dining experience.

In addition to its regular offerings, Belley Up is now available for catering and as a rental space for various events, including business meetings, special occasions, and holiday parties. Megan and David are also committed to giving back to the community. They encourage local organizations to reach out if they are interested in hosting fundraisers, meat draws, silent auctions, or other community events.
